RETURN & REFUND POLICY

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from PA4TIAL LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. GENERAL SALES POLICY
All purchases are considered final sale unless they meet the eligibility requirements outlined in this policy.
We do not issue cash, card, or original payment method refunds.
All approved returns are issued store credit only.
2. IN-STOCK (NORMAL) ORDERS — 30-DAY STORE CREDIT POLICY
### Eligibility
In-stock items may be eligible for store credit only within 30 days of delivery, only if all of the following conditions are met:
- Item is unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Item is returned in original condition and packaging
- All tags, labels, and accessories are intact
- No signs of wear, damage, odor, or alteration
### Non-Eligible Reasons
Store credit will not be issued for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect sizing selected by the customer
- Preference-based reasons (fit, feel, color, design)
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper washing or care
### Return Shipping
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
Store credit is issued only after inspection and approval.
3. PRE-ORDER ITEMS (FINAL SALE)
Pre-order items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, cancellations, or store credit.
Pre-Order Processing Time
- Estimated production and fulfillment time: 4–8 weeks
- This timeframe is an estimate, not a guarantee
Delays caused by manufacturing, customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure events do not qualify for refunds, store credit, or chargebacks.
4. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item arrives damaged or defective, you must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
- The shipping label
If approved, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Replace the item or
- Issue store credit
Cash or card refunds will not be issued.
5. LOST PACKAGES & ADDRESS ERRORS
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for:
- Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
- Packages marked “delivered” by the carrier
- Stolen packages
6. CARE & USE DISCLAIMER
Damage caused by improper use, washing, drying, or care voids all eligibility for store credit, replacements, or claims.
7. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:
- Immediate denial of future store credit
- Account restrictions or bans
- Dispute evidence submitted using this policy
All policies displayed at checkout are considered accepted at the time of purchase.
8. STORE CREDIT TERMS
Store credit:
- Has no cash value
- Is non-transferable
- Cannot be redeemed for cash or withdrawn
- May expire at our discretion
- Must be used in a single transaction unless otherwise stated
9. POLICY UPDATES
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. The version active at the time of purchase governs the transaction.
