Thank you for shopping with PA4TIAL LLC. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Standard (In-Stock) Orders  
Orders that are in stock are typically processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Pre-Order Items  
Pre-order items are made-to-order or produced in limited runs. Estimated processing times for pre-orders are 14–35 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the extended processing time.

2. SHIPPING TIME & CARRIERS

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery times depend on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier. Typical delivery times range from 3–10 business days for domestic U.S. orders.

We are not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, customs, holidays, labor disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected shipping method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. INCORRECT ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or failed delivery attempt:
- The customer is responsible for reshipping costs  
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable  

PA4TIAL LLC is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

PA4TIAL LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and item(s). Failure to do so may result in denial of a claim.

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not controlled by PA4TIAL LLC and are non-refundable.

International shipping times may vary significantly due to customs processing.

8. SPLIT SHIPMENTS

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship separately, or it may be held and shipped together once all items are available, at our
